Anna & Peter Tan are engineers by trade and have acquired, operated and invested in real estate for over 10+ years. In multifamily alone, the Tans have invested in over 1500 doors and have over $100MM under management (900+ doors). They also operate a property management company that focuses on a portfolio of single family homes.

The Tans have developed a disciplined approach to investing, which focuses on capital preservation and strong returns. This involves understanding the submarket,  economic and political stages.

SuiteLifeMF's vision is to create financial freedom, or alternative sources of income so that you can enjoy beautiful experiences for you and your loved ones.
